Frequently asked questions
- Is scheda.me free?
- Yes, the initial release of scheda.me is free. Future premium tiers may be introduced for Russian Federation users.
- Does it work offline?
- scheda.me requires an internet connection to sync your data. Some features may work offline with limited functionality.
- How do I export my data?
- You can export your client and appointment data from Settings → Account → Export data in CSV format.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. All associated data will be deleted within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email roman@alekhin-dev.com.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from within scheda.me at Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes all client and appointment data associated with your account within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email roman@alekhin-dev.com with the address used at signup and we will delete it for you. Full instructions: alekhin-dev.com/legal/scheda-account-deletion-en.
